WELL PERSON SCREENING
Overview
We offer health screening programmes to
assess the health and lifestyle of senior managers to identify:
risk factors which
may lead to the development of disease and; |
disease which may be in the early
stages of development. |

This information will enable your executives
to take informed action to improve their health and well-being.
The
Screening Programme
We offer our Health
Screening Programme at key locations
throughout the UK. Each screen includes a physical examination
and a consultation with a health screening doctor when the
executive will have an opportunity to discuss any concerns
they may have about their health.
Our screening programmes are individually
tailored. The types of tests that are undertaken are based
on:
Gender |
Age |
Medical History |

Family History |
In addition, a supplementary Pressure

PRESSURE MANAGEMENT INDICATOR
(PMI)
The PMI consists of 120 questions and takes between
15 and 25 minutes to complete. Once your employees’ questionnaires
have been confidentially assessed, they will receive a Personal
Profile Report. This report compares their results with a cross
section of the working population (nearly 50,000 people in the
sample) to show:
their satisfaction
with their job, organisation and working environment; |
their commitment to your organisation
and how secure they feel about the future of their jobs; |
their level of physical and mental
wellbeing; |
their major sources of pressure; |
their style of behaviour; |
how much they feel they can influence
their working situation; |
the mechanisms they use to cope
with pressure. |
By identifying their major sources of pressure
and how they each cope with these pressures, your employees benefit
from being able to take positive action to improve their ability
to cope.
Whilst the results of completed questionnaires
are confidential to each respondent, you benefit from:
employees gaining a fuller understanding of
pressure and ways to manage it successfully; and |
management obtaining access to the aggregated
results of completed employee questionnaires from which key
sources of pressure can be identified and, where required,
remedial action taken. |
